Vishwa Shanti Ashrama is in Vishwa Shanti Nagara, near Nelamangala, in Bengaluru Rural. The site features an extensive temple complex that includes a striking 36-foot statue of Vittala, a powerful Durga shrine, and temples dedicated to Ganesha, Shiva, Rama, Radheshyama, Skanda, Satyanarayana, Dattatreya, Navagriha, and Hanuman.

Additionally, it houses a magnificent Bhagavad Gita Darshan Mandir (shown on the left), showcasing the awe-inspiring universal form, Vishwa Roopa, of Shri Krishna. Each wall of this Mandir hall displays verses from the original Bhagavad Gita, translated into three languages. It is truly a sight to behold!

Observe the magnificent chariot on which Shri Krishna imparted the profound wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna.

The four horses symbolize the four Vedas, with Shri Krishna seated above them, illustrating that divinity transcends even the knowledge of the Vedas.

Moreover, the teachings of the Gita were shared on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, emphasizing that the lessons of the Bhagavad Gita are meant to guide each of us as we navigate the challenges of life.

True to its name, visitors and devotees experience a profound sense of shanti (peace) when they come to Vishwa Shanti Ashrama. Everyone is invited to engage in worship and seek spiritual growth, irrespective of their religion, caste, creed, color, or nationality.
